What data we collect

The data you send us through the form or WhatsApp: name, company, e-mail, phone, number of users and your message.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we measure visits in the future, it will be in aggregate form and we will say so here.

What we use it for

Answering your request and scheduling the assessment.
Preparing and following up on quotes.
If you become a client, providing the contracted service and invoicing.

We do not sell or rent your data. We will not send you advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate (form service, e-mail and ticketing system), who process it on our behalf. We may hand it over to an authority when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Data from requests that do not become clients is deleted after 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the time required by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@teradevsgt.com. We reply within 10 business days.

Security

We protect information with restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords kept in an encrypted manager and providers with recognized standards. If an incident affects your data, we will let you know.
